My brother has walked the length and breadth of the Brecon Beacons. He continued with these epic hikes for about 10 years. All the while photographing what he saw. Ever since I started painting landscapes I have been using his photographs and now 6 years on I am starting to walk around them myself. This was one of the first paintings I did as a way of saying thank you.
